Terms of service

  1. Orders & Payment:  All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.  We accept the payment methods listed on our store.  We offer free Pickups, and Deliveries for a fee,  within a 15 mile radius. Please email me Shop@CCABakery.com to make arrangements.
  2. Perishable Goods:  Our baked goods are fresh and perishable.  All sales are final- No Returns or Refunds.
  3. Shipping:  We carefully package each order for shipping.  Delivery dates are estimates, and we are not responsible for delays once the package leaves our bakery.
  4. Product information:  We strive to ensure accurate product descriptions and photos.  Minor variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our baked goods and box designs/decor.
  5. Allergies;  Please review ingredient lists carefully.  We are not responsible for allergic reactions , of any kind.
  6. Customer Responsibility:  By ordering, you confirm that all shipping information you entered is accurate.  We do not accommodate for any customer errors during your checkout.
